Best hotel room ever. Gabe checked us in and had top notch service and went above and beyond. We got a jacuzzi suite and it was Amazing!!!! Free breakfast and 1 block walking to the falls. Great location, value and overall everything. Will stay again.
This review is a little late. We stayed past weekend October 24, 2025 through the 26th and I would just like to say Toby at the front desk was amazing. Super friendly explained everything to us in detail. He is the reason you’re getting a five star review. (I was a little sad we wasn’t notified about the pool being out). The staff was amazing and the homemade waffles was top-tier thank you Quality Inn
Great location from park and falls. Parking lot was mostly full, so some stress there. EVERYONE was friendly Joseph (night shift), Vanshay (sp?) and Gabriel. All so sweet! Rooms were great and linens/bed very comfortable. Convenient restaurants and gift shop inside hotel.
Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from but when you look at them in detail, they seem fake…. We chose this hotel last minute after finding our original hotel to be nothing like the description. We stayed here with our three young kids and it’s been really nice. Our room was spacious and clean, the hotel staff friendly and very helpful. And the pool area is really nice. The free breakfast here was absolutely wonderful; pancakes, waffles, sausage and eggs. Would absolutely stay here again.
When we arrived our room was not ready. Gabriel was pleasant and offered us suggestions on things to do if we did not want to wait in the waiting room. Throughout our stay Gabriel was very helpful and always offered his services. This hotel is in a great location. Niagra Falls USA is only a 5 minute walk! Niagra Falls Canada is only a 9 minute drive! You can also walk to Rainbow Bridge. Hotel is older but clean. They offer a continental breakfast that has plenty of options. A bar located in the hoyel for a quick drink. Plenty of food options with a Papa John's Pizza and burger place located in the hotel along with 2 food trucks in the parking lots. Plus lots of shops and food options available within walking distance. Hotel has 2 parking lots so we never had issues parking. Hotel offers a hot tub and pool. Casino is a 15 minute walk. Room 355 is a must! King size bed, hot tub, and bar area with a nightly view of the fireworks!
We had fired at Swiss cottage inn last Oct 25th and staying red cross to stay shelters for two days transfer us to Quality Hotel best services for us and our pets good breakfast keep us warm and sleep under roof. Me and my husband had really appreciate the quality hotel to let us stay and helpful us. Thanks manager TRACI for us limit stay. Till we find new home for us. Thank
Everything was good about the Hotel. Nice staff, nice ambience, nice breakfast although no indian Menu but still it was fine. Located just 200 meters aways from Niagara Park, 50 meters from Flix bus stand and close to atleast 4 indian restaurants. I would call it best place to stay.
The location is perfect! You are within walking distance of so much! We didn’t have to move our vehicle the entire trip. Lots to eat around too. The hotel was good, we had a 2 room suite and the TV wasn’t working and they had a new tv installed within 30 minutes. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Room was older but clean so no complaints.
